About Nicole…
Nicole began her culinary journey in 2010, immersing herself in the study of professional cookery in the scenic landscapes of Ireland. After successfully graduating from her program, she gained invaluable experience working as a chef in Ireland for several years. Driven by her passion for food and a desire to expand her culinary horizons, she ultimately made the decision to travel extensively through Europe to learn more about diverse cuisines and cooking techniques.

From fine dining restaurants in Ireland, known for their exquisite taste and presentation, to large scale outdoor events that attract many guests, Nicole has experienced a wonderfully diverse array of cooking styles and cuisines. Whether she is comfortable cooking for big crowds at bustling gatherings or for intimate parties where each dish is crafted with care, Nicole truly loves the variety and unique challenges that come with private catering.
During the pandemic, Nicole discovered a passion for bread and sourdough, and still has the same sourdough starter that she created in lockdown.

Nicole completed many ski seasons and summer seasons in various locations, mainly Italy and France, before falling in love with Meribel in the three valleys, and making it her home. She is available for chalet chef work in both winter and summer in the surrounding area.
